No Guarantee of Results

Upshift Outreach provides consistent outreach, disciplined execution and transparent reporting. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue or conversion outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including a client's offer, pricing, operations and sales process.

DISCLAIMER OF REVENUE GUARANTEES: Upshift Outreach provides lead generation and outreach services. We do not guarantee closed revenue, specific sales volumes, or ROI. The Client acknowledges that final sales conversions are entirely dependent on the Client's internal sales processes, pricing, market conditions, and operational capacity. Upshift Outreach's liability is strictly limited to the execution of agreed-upon outreach activities.

Client Responsibilities & Delays

Campaign execution requires timely approvals, domain access, and feedback from the Client. If a campaign is paused or delayed due to a lack of Client responsiveness exceeding 5 business days, standard monthly billing will continue uninterrupted.

Intellectual Property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Upshift Outreach unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Upshift Outreach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Upshift Outreach operates, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer or business protections that may apply to you.
